Why JVC carpentry is different
Most Dubai communities are finished. JVC isn't — buildings are still completing, which means a constant flow of handover snag work and a constant flow of people moving into apartments with nothing built in. That's a different job to the repair work we do in older areas.
It also means new timber. Doors and cupboards fitted in a fresh building move as the material settles and the AC dries it out, so something that closed perfectly at handover can start catching six months later. That's normal, it's cheap to fix, and it isn't a sign the building is bad. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a settling issue or a defect worth raising with the developer.

Jumeirah Village Circle is the workhorse of Dubai's residential market — 350-plus apartment buildings and townhouse clusters spread across numbered districts, wrapped around the Circle Mall and a run of community parks. It's mostly low-rise (G+4) apartments plus villas and townhouses, and it's still completing. That constant flow of new handovers is what makes JVC different from anywhere else in Dubai: a steady stream of snag lists, and apartments that are handed over as bare shells with a single wardrobe rail and nothing else.
