Working in a mixed-use tower
Business Bay towers are the trickiest kind to work in, because the building has residents asleep on one floor and a business running on another. That means two sets of rules: management approval, insurance and a booked service lift for the building, plus a schedule that doesn't disrupt the neighbours or your own team.
For commercial work we default to evenings, weekends or a planned shutdown so your office keeps trading. For apartments we work inside the building's permitted noise hours. Either way, tell us your tower and whether it's residential or office when you message, and we'll come back with what management needs and when we can realistically be on site.
